Our BullyBusting system gives children confidence in negative situations

Our proven anti-bullying system gives children the tools needed to control negative situations - Our students also display an air of confidence which helps to make them less likely to be a victim of bullying.

Our reward system improves children’s self-esteem

Our Reward Clip and belt system is the key to building esteem. When children earn clips and grade for their belts, it gives them a great sense of accomplishment that really improves the way that they feel about themselves.

Our program teaches children discipline

Our trained staff of patient instructors, who love to work with children, are also very clear about limits. We enforce good rules of behaviour in class and we expect the same good behaviour at home and in school.

Our activities channel children’s energy

Activities in our Academy give individuals a positive outlet for all their energy and focuses negative thoughts into positive actions.

Our program teaches children essential self-defence skills

We also teach them that the moves learned during class are not to be tried out side of class on friends for fun and only to be used if very necessary.
